RETURN POLICY:

Copenhagen Styles return policy is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied, return any unused item in its original condition (this also include sales items) within 14 days of purchase, for a refund (minus shipping & handling). Returns are sent to Copenhagen Styles LLC, 4762 Glastonbury Circle, Richmond Heights, Ohio 44143. We recommend that you insure your shipping against loss and damage.

Gift returns will receive a store credit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We are more than happy to cancel or change your order. Please give us a call as soon as possible. If an order has already been shipped out, we can not cancel or change your order, but you are always welcome to return the item(s) once they've been received. Please see return policy.

SALES TAX:

By law we are required to collect tax from our customers in OHIO. The rate is 7.75%. If you live in a county that has a lower sales tax, we will adjust it after your purchase. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

GIFT MESSAGE

Gift messages are free. You can add a gift message for each item in your order. If you do not choose a gift wrap option, we will tie a ribbon around the gift with the card attached (free of charge)

GIFT WRAPPING:

Yes, we do offer gift wrapping and it is FREE. Your gift(s) will be wrapped in owl printed wrapping paper and finished off with a ribbon. If you would like to have a gift card included with your special message, we will be happy to do that for you. If your order includes multiple gifts and you need different messages, please indicate this in the message field or give us a call. We are not able to gift wrap posters, but are happy to include a gift message free of charge.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Please email us for a quote and include what item(s) you are interested in. This way we can make sure you get the lowest shipping price possible.

At Copenhagen Styles you will find modern, stylish and unique quality designs. Copenhagen is the capitol of Denmark and most of the items we carry are from there. The connection? The owner is from Denmark. The items we carry have been kid tested, we use them ourselves, so we can definitely stand behind it. Some of the products have been a favorite for years, like the flying stork with baby and the birthday train. We hope they will become a favorite in your family too.
