Your order will be shipped out the same or following day. You are always welcome to give a call, if you need something shipped right away. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out Monday, unless it's a holiday.
We have a flat shipping rate of only $4.95 and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.00. We ship via USPS priority mail with confirmation number. Shipping time is app. 3 days. You will find guidelines below.
Orders placed Monday will arrive Thursday.
Orders placed Tuesday will arrive Friday.
Orders placed Wednesday will arrive Saturday.
Orders placed Thursday and Friday will arrive Monday.

RETURN POLICY:
Copenhagen Styles return policy is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied, return any unused item in its original condition (this also include sales items) within 14 days of purchase, for a refund (minus shipping & handling). Returns are sent to Copenhagen Styles LLC, 4762 Glastonbury Circle, Richmond Heights, Ohio 44143. We recommend that you insure your shipping against loss and damage.
Gift returns will receive a store credit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We are more than happy to cancel or change your order. Please give us a call as soon as possible. If an order has already been shipped out, we can not cancel or change your order, but you are always welcome to return the item(s) once they've been received. Please see return policy.
SALES TAX:
By law we are required to collect tax from our customers in OHIO. The rate is 7.75%. If you live in a county that has a lower sales tax, we will adjust it after your purchase. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Gift messages are free. You can add a gift message for each item in your order. If you do not choose a gift wrap option, we will tie a ribbon around the gift with the card attached (free of charge)
GIFT WRAPPING:
Yes, we do offer gift wrapping. We charge $5.00 per order. Your gift will be placed in a pinstriped craft box with tissue paper (unless the item is already in a box or is to big to fit in a box) and wrapped in your choice of wrapping paper. Pale pink or baby blue and finished off with a chocolate brown grosgrain ribbon. In the month of December you can also choose red wrapping paper, finished off with a white ribbon. If you would like to have a gift card included with your special message, we will be happy to do that for you. If your order includes multiple gifts for different people and you need different color wrapping paper and messages, please indicate this in the message field or give us a call. We are not able to gift wrap posters, but are happy to include a gift message free of charge.
